RETURN POLICY

PT Hikmat Moda Indonesia (“Vendor”) aims to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return the purchased products within 7 days from the date you received the items based on the delivery status.

1. How to return items

Products to be returned must be picked up by the courier within a maximum of seven (7) days from the date you notify us of your decision to return them. You must send the package to the address we have designated for return services.

If you choose to return via email, items can be returned by sending the package through our designated courier or another courier, but only after completing the return procedure on the website.

Items cannot be returned for exchange with other products.

We reserve the right to list other non-returnable products on this site. Such listings will be noted on the product detail page of the non-returnable item.

2. Return terms and conditions

The right to return products will be deemed correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully met:

  1. In the case of returns via Email, the return authorization form must be correctly completed and sent within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the product.
  2. The product must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged.
  3. The identification tag must remain attached to the product with the disposable seal. All products sold by the Vendor include an identification tag with a disposable seal, which is an integral part of the item. Please try on the product without removing the tag and seal. Products returned without the tag or seal will not be accepted.
  4. Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with any accessories delivered with the item.
  5. For hygiene and safety reasons, products in the Liquids category cannot be refunded once opened. Products that have been altered, damaged by the customer, or customized are non-returnable.
  6. Returned products must be shipped from the country where you placed the order.
  7. If the return is made via Email, the returned items must be picked up by the courier within seven (7) days from the date you submit the return authorization form.

If you have met all the required conditions, we will refund the price of the purchased products. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted due to non-compliance with the requirements set above. In this case, you may choose to have the products returned to you at your own expense. If you refuse this delivery, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount paid for their purchase.

3. Return shipping

Returns can be made through our designated courier, using the pre-printed label provided by us and following the instructions included in the package. This method allows us to pay the shipping costs on your behalf. Please note that the initial shipping costs incurred for delivering the purchased products to your home—if any—are non-refundable. Therefore, in the event of a return, this amount will be deducted from the final refund. If you decide to use a courier other than the one designated by us to return the products, you must pay the return costs and will be responsible for any loss or damage to the products during shipping.

4. Refund timeframes and procedures

Once we receive the returned products and verify that all requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming receipt. Regardless of the payment method used (credit/debit card or cash on delivery), the refund procedure will begin as soon as possible, at least within fourteen (14) days from the date we were notified of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and after the Vendor has verified that the return was made in accordance with the above conditions.

The timeframe for the refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the returned products depends on the payment method used:

  1. Credit/debit card purchases: the refund time will depend on the credit card company’s policies. Please note that the credit value date will coincide with the original payment date; therefore, you will not incur any interest loss;
  2. Cash on delivery (if available): you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned products to the bank account you provide; therefore, the time required for the refund depends on the accuracy of the information provided; usually, refunds are processed within seven (7) days. Please remember that you must have a bank account to receive a refund for orders paid by cash on delivery.
  3. Purchases via PayPal (if available): the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account and will appear immediately. The refund to the credit card used with your PayPal account depends on the card issuer.
