Do I need an account to place an order?
You may place an order as a Guest; however, we recommend creating an account to ensure a faster checkout and payment process. You will be able to track your order status and will not need to re-enter your customer details for future purchases.
I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
Click Forgot Password on the LOGIN page and follow the instructions provided.
I would like to order an item that is sold out. Is this possible?
No, but we will notify you once the item is back in stock. Please ensure you are registered as a member to receive the latest updates.
Can I enter a different address in my profile?
Yes. Please add your new address under: Profile -> Address -> add new address.
Does HIKMAT ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this service. You must place separate orders to ship to different addresses.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. We only ship orders to the address provided at the time of purchase.
Can I add items to my order after checkout?
Unfortunately, this cannot be done, as your order is recorded once payment is completed. If you wish to add items, please place a new order without logging out of the system.
Can I pay using a credit card?
Yes, you can. You may complete your payment on our website. Both options are processed after clicking the Confirm Order button.
