This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”), which refers to the website hikmat.co.id (hereinafter referred to as the “Store Site”), is intended to provide Users with information from PT Hikmat Moda Indonesia and HIKMAT, as autonomous Data Controllers, regarding the data controllers, personal information collected through the Store Site, processing purposes, means of processing such information, third parties involved in the processing, the possibility of international data transfer, security measures adopted to protect and safeguard the collected data, and the means through which Users can verify the processing of their data and exercise the rights granted to them by Indonesian Regulations and other applicable laws.

PT Hikmat Moda Indonesia and HIKMAT collect and process personal data voluntarily provided by users when interacting with the functions and services of the Store Site, for example, when requesting information.

Except for browsing data (which is automatically collected by the system), the provision of data by users for the purposes mentioned above is optional. Failure to provide data will not affect your ability to access the functions offered by the Store Site, except for the impossibility of purchasing products and/or submitting information requests and/or subscribing to the newsletter.

PROCESSING METHODS

User personal data is processed through computer and telematics methods, primarily by electronic and automated means and limited to specific operations, in writing.

USER RIGHTS

Users may request the Data Controller to access their data, erase it, rectify inaccurate data, integrate incomplete data, restrict processing in cases provided for in Article 18 of the GDPR, and object to processing in cases where it is in the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

Furthermore, if processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means, users have the right to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and, if technically feasible, to transmit it to another controller without hindrance.
