The website www.hikmat.co.id and the HIKMAT application (platform) are owned and operated by PT Hikmat Moda Indonesia under the name HIKMAT and this Terms of Use Agreement (“Terms of Use”) applies to all users of this platform. Throughout the platform, the term “we” refers to HIKMAT, as the provider of the Site including all information, tools, and services available on this Site to you, the user, who accepts the Terms of Use. Before becoming a user of this platform, you must read and accept all of these Terms and Conditions and you must provide consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy related to these Terms and Conditions.
By using this platform or opening an account, you provide your irrevocable acceptance and consent to the terms of this agreement, including any additional terms and conditions and policies referred to herein and/or linked herein, HIKMAT’s privacy policy, and any information available on the platform.

You agree that all information and data you provide to us through the HIKMAT platform or application is accurate and up-to-date. You consent to any changes to the data you have provided.

You agree that we may store and process all personal information you provide to us through the HIKMAT platform, email, chat, phone, and other channels in accordance with the HIKMAT Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change or update this privacy policy through the website www.hikmat.co.id or the HIKMAT app. We provide detailed information about this Privacy Policy on the dedicated Privacy Policy page.

Compensation
You agree to indemnify and hold HIKMAT harmless from all forms of fines, sanctions, obligations, losses and other claims arising from:

Account
HIKMAT Account
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to change your password periodically and are responsible for the confidentiality of the OTP code if there is any activity or use of your account that is not yours. HIKMAT will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account or your failure to comply with this section.
- HIKMAT has the right to conduct investigations regarding the truth, validity, or information submitted to HIKMAT.
- You can request changes to personal information such as name, email address and mobile phone number.
- You can request account deletion through the features available on the HIKMAT platform. If you encounter any issues during the ordering process or use of the HIKMAT platform, you remain responsible for resolving them.
Warranty and Service Repair
- Bags and Watches products have a 1 year warranty period after purchase through the HIKMAT website or application.
- If the warranty has been claimed, the replacement product will continue the warranty period of the original product you purchased.
- Warranty claims are processed within a maximum of 7 days of receiving the package, depending on the type of damage and replacement stock availability. There are no additional fees.
- Proof of purchase is mandatory for warranty claims. Please ensure you keep it safe.
- Damage due to daily use, improper handling, or natural wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
Product Accuracy and Price
- You acknowledge that there may be differences between product stock availability and actual stock availability, which may be affected by various factors such as product damage and other constraints.
- You understand and agree that there may be differences in the color of products on our platform depending on the lighting, settings, or resolution of your monitor screen.
- If there is a discrepancy between the information and prices of the Products listed on the HIKMAT Platform due to promotional errors, typographical errors, or other errors even though the order has been paid for, HIKMAT can make changes to the discrepancy in the information and then has the right to reject/cancel the Order.
- The price listed on the product does not include shipping costs or other costs.
Payment
HIKMAT collaborates with payment service providers to provide various payment methods on the HIKMAT Platform.
- You are required to pay in full for any purchases made within the specified time period for each payment method selected.
- You understand and agree that if there are price discounts, vouchers and other benefits on the Order that has been made but you do not make payment within the specified time limit, then the Order will be cancelled by HIKMAT.
- The following are the payment method options supported on the HIKMAT Platform:
- Virtual Account
The minimum purchase for making a transfer to a virtual account is IDR 10,000
- Credit card
Payment by credit card applies to credit cards with the VISA, JCB, MasterCard logo, which collaborate with HIKMAT.
- Online Debit
Payment by online debit applies to debit cards with the VISA, JCB, MasterCard logos in collaboration with HIKMAT.
- Online Wallet
You can use OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay with a minimum purchase of IDR 10,000
- Virtual Account

For regular shipping methods, your order will arrive at the address you have specified within an estimated 2-3 working days for the Jabodetabek area and an estimated 3-14 working days for outside Jabodetabek, our shipping covers all of Indonesia.
- Instant Delivery
- Anda harus mencantumkan nomor telepon yang valid dan titik kordinat alamat pengiriman.
- Transactions made on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- If you wish to file a claim for lost or damaged items during the instant delivery process, you must attach your ID card (KTP).
- The cut-off time for Instant orders is 09:00 – 15:00. Orders placed after 15:00 WIB will be shipped the next day.
- Regular Shipping
- Free Shipping
- Free standard shipping applies to a minimum purchase of Rp 1,000,000
- The Rp 1,000,000 amount is calculated from the total purchase after deductions for promotional codes/vouchers/other discounts.
- Fasilitas gratis biaya pengiriman reguler tidak termasuk dengan biaya packing kayu dan biaya asuransi.
- Complimentary standard shipping will be forfeited if the initial delivery attempt fails due to the recipient’s absence and the User cannot be reached by the courier.
Promotions
- HIKMAT reserves the right to hold promotions with different terms and conditions for each promotion. You are required to read all terms and conditions applicable to any ongoing promotion.
- If there is a promotional error in images, specifications, prices, colors, packaging, quantity, or promotion quota, HIKMAT reserves the right to cancel the Order.
- If any violation of promotion misuse is detected, HIKMAT reserves the right to cancel your order.
Membership
Every User who has registered through the HIKMAT website or application will automatically be registered as a HIKMAT member. You are entitled to earn points for every order placed. More information about member points can be checked on the HIKMAT website.
Exclusions
HIKMAT reserves the right to transfer Orders to other stores if the Products in your Order are unavailable due to any of the following reasons:
- Product out of stock
- Produk Rusak/Cacat/Kotor
- Incomplete Product
If, during the order transfer process, HIKMAT cannot provide a suitable replacement, we reserve the right to cancel the Order and refund your funds.
Order Cancellation
You agree that HIKMAT reserves the right to cancel orders in certain situations and conditions.
- Cancellations for personal reasons such as wrong size or wrong color can be made on the condition that you re-order and inform us of the new order number. If the order has already been received, you must return the received product to the address corresponding to the initial shipment.
- HIKMAT reserves the right to cancel orders if there is misuse of promotions or detected fraud related to ongoing promotions, such as: Voucher usage, detected fraud in participating in promotions or Crazy Price events.
Order Returns
- Returns for production errors:
- Order returns can be processed a maximum of 7 days after the product is received. Returns made beyond this deadline will be rejected or cannot be processed.
- Order returns can only be processed if the order you received is damaged, defective, does not match the order, or is incomplete.
- Product returns must be accompanied by an unboxing video from the initial opening of the package.
- Damaged products can be returned to the original shipping store address after the return request is approved by us.
- Returned products must be packaged in the same condition as when they were received. If returned products arrive to us in damaged condition due to improper packaging, we reserve the right to reject the return and will send the product back to you.
- Damaged products can be exchanged for other products of the same price if the original product stock is empty.
- Returns for personal reasons:
- Order returns can be processed a maximum of 7 days after the product is received. Returns made beyond this deadline will be rejected or cannot be processed.
- Order returns can only be processed if the order you received is the wrong size or wrong color.
- Product returns must be accompanied by an unboxing video from the initial opening of the package.
- Returned products must be in the same condition as when received, with price tags, unused, and without altering the product model. If returned products arrive to us in damaged condition due to improper packaging, and do not match the initial product condition, we reserve the right to reject the return and will send the product back to you.
- Product returns can only be made for exchanges for a similar model or another model of the same or greater price, and cannot be refunded as cash.
- If the stock of the product you wish to exchange is empty, you can exchange it for another product by placing a new order and sending us the new order number. Your refund will be processed immediately after we receive the returned product from you.

- HIKMAT reserves the right to reject order returns if the damage is caused by your negligence, such as:
- Improper use and not in accordance with the Care Instructions we have provided in the product description.
- Damage due to personal negligence such as falling, exposure to water, scratches.
- Damage due to natural disasters;
- Altering or voiding the warranty.
Refunds and Shipping Cost Reimbursement
Refunds will be processed once the order has been received and verified by HIKMAT. The refund process will be adjusted according to the original payment method.
- Refunds due to HIKMAT’s error. If a refund is made due to HIKMAT’s error, the funds will be returned and adjusted according to the payment method you used when placing the order, such as:
- Virtual Account, Online Debit, and Online Wallet: funds will be returned to the account within a maximum of 14 business days.
- Credit Card: credit card limit refunds take a maximum of 14 business days.

Limitation of Liability
You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your use of the Platform and/or for your HIKMAT membership, as well as the purchase and use of services available on the HIKMAT platform. You understand and agree that all information you send or receive during your membership and/or use of the Platform is not entirely secure and may be intercepted by authorized parties. You understand and agree that you bear the risk of using the Platform. You understand and agree that HIKMAT’s liability is limited solely to the provision of the HIKMAT Platform. You understand and agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law (including but not limited to consumer protection), HIKMAT is not responsible for any acts, errors, omissions, statements, warranties, and for any negligence causing injury, death, property damage, or other damages including incurred costs. HIKMAT is not responsible for damages that may occur, whether directly or indirectly.
Electronic Communication
When you use this platform, you communicate with HIKMAT electronically. You prioritize electronic communication regarding the use of this platform. HIKMAT will communicate with you by posting announcements through the platform. You agree that all agreements, announcements, disclosures, and other forms of communication sent to you electronically are legally valid, just like written communications. All notices from HIKMAT are ensured to be received by consumers and sent to the email address you provide on the HIKMAT platform. Errors in the email address you provide on HIKMAT that result in you not receiving notifications from HIKMAT are not our responsibility.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights on the Site are the property of HIKMAT or other parties, and HIKMAT has obtained sufficient licenses for the use of such intellectual property rights. Users are prohibited from using the Brand for any purpose, including but not limited to use as a meta tag on other Sites without the written permission of HIKMAT or the third party owning the Brand. You are not permitted to use framing techniques or technology to enclose any content on the Site without HIKMAT’s written consent. All content available on or through the Site is protected by copyright, trademark rights, and Indonesian law.
Claims for Intellectual Property Infringement
HIKMAT respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we ask that users do the same. We hereby inform you that HIKMAT has adopted and implemented a policy to terminate the relationship with Site users or HIKMAT members who infringe copyright. HIKMAT, under certain circumstances and at its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate the accounts and/or memberships of users who may infringe the intellectual property rights of HIKMAT or third parties.
Survival of Terms After Agreement Termination
Unless inconsistent with the provisions of the Terms of Use, or general legal principles, every provision in the Terms of Use will remain applicable to both parties as long as this HIKMAT platform exists and continues to be developed by PT Hikmat Moda Indonesia.
Force Majeure
HIKMAT is exempted from fulfilling the Terms of Use, to the extent it cannot fulfill such Terms, in whole or in part, as a result of an event or series of events caused by or resulting from:
- Natural disasters such as Tsunami, landslides, floods, volcanic eruptions.
- Social/political events such as war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, civil disturbance, or rebellion,
- Other exceptional circumstances such as fire, pandemic, or other causes beyond HIKMAT’s control. In the event that HIKMAT is temporarily unable to process or ship a purchased item to you due to such an event, HIKMAT will offer you the option to postpone delivery or receive a refund of your payment.
Changes to the Terms of Use
You understand and agree that HIKMAT reserves the right to add, amend, or remove any part of these Terms of Use at any time, by publishing the updated version on the platform. You do not have the authority to alter or modify the Terms of Service in any way. You are responsible for regularly checking for updates to the Terms of Use. Your continued use of this platform after any update signifies your acceptance and agreement to such changes.
