RETURN & REFUND
The maximum return and refund period is 7 days after the order is marked as Delivered. Please note the following terms and conditions before submitting a return or refund request:
- Products purchased through HIKMAT’s official website, Boutique, or WhatsApp.
- Promotional items cannot be returned or refunded.
- Items purchased with Member Points may be returned, with the understanding that your Member Points will not be reinstated. Special terms and conditions apply.
- Products can be returned for the exact same product, another product of the same price, or another product of a higher price.
- We do not accept complaints without proof. Before opening the package, please record a clear unboxing video and take several photos to process your return or refund claim.
- Your product can only be exchanged once.
- We reserve the right not to permit a return or refund for any transaction, even if the above conditions are met.
How to initiate a return and refund:
- If your product meets all requirements for a return or refund, you will be asked to enter your order number and email address. You must select which product is problematic.
- You will choose a solution for your issue, whether it is a return or a refund.
- Select a shipping method to return your product to our warehouse. If you request a refund, we will transfer it to the account you provide.
- You will receive a return summary that includes the solution for each returned product.
- Once your product arrives at the warehouse, our team will check whether the returned product is accepted.
- If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose another product of the same price or a higher price.
- If you request a return, another order will be created with your requested replacement product, and our warehouse team will fulfill your needs.
For international orders, the following return and refund rules apply:
- If a return or refund is necessary due to an error on our part (e.g., defect, missing, or incorrect item), we will cover the shipping and customs fees.
- If a return or refund is necessary due to a customer request (e.g., product or color not suitable), the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping and customs fees.
