You agree to change your password periodically and are responsible for the confidentiality of the OTP code if there is any activity or use of your account that is not yours. HIKMAT will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account or your failure to comply with this section. <\/li><li>HIKMAT has the right to conduct investigations regarding the truth, validity, or information submitted to HIKMAT.<\/li><li>You can request changes to personal information such as name, email address and mobile phone number.<\/li><li>You can request account deletion through the features available on the HIKMAT platform. If you encounter any issues during the ordering process or use of the HIKMAT platform, you remain responsible for resolving them. <\/li><\/ol><p> <\/p><p><strong>Warranty and Service Repair<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Bags and Watches products have a 1 year warranty period after purchase through the HIKMAT website or application.<\/li><li>If the warranty has been claimed, the replacement product will continue the warranty period of the original product you purchased.<\/li><li>Warranty claims are processed within a maximum of 7 days of receiving the package, depending on the type of damage and replacement stock availability. There are no additional fees. <\/li><li>Proof of purchase is mandatory for warranty claims.
